The Child’s participation in the Camp involves exposure to the inherent risks of soccer that cannot be eliminated. The Child’s participation in the Camp may involve a potential risk of injury. The risks include but are not limited to those caused by the playing surface, the equipment used, and the actions of other people including but not limited to other participants in the Camp.

By signing up your child for our camp, the parent AGREEs TO NOT SUE AND TO RELEASE FROM LIABILITY AND TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS MilanxPro Soccer Camp, MXP LLC, its Board of Directors and representatives, employees, volunteers, and agents for any damage or injury arising out of the Child’s participation in the Camp regardless of cause, including NEGLIGENCE.

Also, when signing up for this camp you give MilanxPro permission for images, captured by MilanxPro through video, photo and digital camera, to be used solely for the purposes of MilanxPro promotional material, website, and publications, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.

If you do not wish yours or your child’s image to be used for any reason, please let us know!
